We see the training & development of our teams as fundamental to the success of each care home. All our team members are friendly, caring people having been carefully selected and verified.

As in all other areas, our standards are very high with Training & Development. From the start, there is an organised 12-week induction programme. Following successful completion of this, we positively encourage further training for National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs). This supports our philosophy of ‘growing our own’ – where staff have the opportunity to gain promotion and develop within the organisation. Most of our managers have developed in this way, each having been selected, then achieving a series of internal promotions over several years, and all holding NVQ Level 4.
